All requests for department materials and research requests are made through our electronic system, Aeon.

Aeon replaces paper registration and facilitates your access to Department materials

  • Registered users can submit requests in advance of a visit to UASC
  • Registration save you time -- you won't have to retype your contact information with each request.
  • We will be able to notify you promptly and deliver your requests accurately
  • Registered users have secure access to past and current requests
  • Registered users can submit requests manually through a form for books, journals and archival materials
  • Registered users can submit requests automatically via links in our online catalog and digital collections
  • Registered users can request digital copies of photographs
